Photography, like life, is all about attitudes and perceptions; built on the cornerstones of love, appreciation and respect.
It is not only about what and how we look at things, but what we then experience on an inner, emotional and subconscious level…
In the early 90’s I spent 4 years among the various Islands in the Bazaruto Archipelago aboard a sailing catamaran offering diving and sailing excursions. It was in this time that my passion for documentary, outdoor and underwater photography developed to the point that I decided to study photography full time.
I originally studied engineering and spent 10 years in the computer industry. I have a natural flair and understanding when photographing industrial, engineering and technological related projects.
My day to day assignments are mainly advertising and corporate based and entail a variety of disciplines; from architecture & interiors to industry, products, people and food. Various assignments have taken me to a number of destinations both in Africa and internationally.
